Vietnamese Version of Historic Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework

People and Nature Reconciliation (PanNature) is proud to announce the Vietnamese translation of the historic Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework (GBF), which was officially adopted at thee 15th Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity (COP 15) on December 19, 2022.

The Kunming-Montreal GBF is the result of a four-year consultation and negotiation process, and it serves as an ambitious roadmap to achieve the global vision of a world in harmony with nature by 2050. This framework supports the achievement of the sustainable development goals and builds on the Convention’s previous strategic plans.

PanNature is committed to supporting the implementation of the Kunming-Montreal GBF in Vietnam. The framework’s core content includes four goals for 2050 and 23 targets for 2030, which PanNature has carefully summarized and presented in an infographics to provide a comprehensive understanding of this landmark agreement. The infographics can be downloadable here in different formats for use.

PanNature is proud to make the Vietnamese translation of the Kunming-Montreal GBF available to the public, either in PDF format or through the online design. By providing this resource, PanNature aims to empower all stakeholders in Vietnam to engage with and contribute to the achievement of this global biodiversity framework.
